Flux Capacitor is a strategic finance and investment advisory firm. We work with founders, executives, and investors across the technology sector to improve the quality of the decisions that matter most. We believe durable value compounds from a small number of decisions made well.

Those decisions begin with good analysis, but analysis alone is not enough. They require judgment: a clear understanding of the business, a disciplined view of the tradeoffs, and the ability to connect the narrative with the numbers.

For companies, our work spans strategic finance, fundraising strategy and capital structure planning, revenue planning and analytics, pricing and unit economics, financial modeling, and investor relations. For investment firms, we provide diligence and analysis on prospective investments and acquisitions.
